Art Director (f/m/d)

To support our Art Direction team we are searching for a Art Director (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.What You Will DoLead photoshoots from concept creation through on-set execution and post-production.Manage and execute a variety of creative projects, including graphic visuals, branding assets, and visual content.Oversee projects across Womenswear, Kids, and Lifestyle segments.Ensure all visuals reflect our brand’s identity while maintaining a contemporary and fashion-forward aesthetic.Select, coordinate, and manage external teams—photographers, models, HMUs, stylists, and visual partners—to realize creative concepts.Develop and present moodboards to inspire and direct the creative process, shaping Mytheresa’s aesthetic.Collaborate closely with Graphic Design, Fashion Editorial, Content, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment.Who You AreProven experience as an Art Director in fashion or luxury brands, with a portfolio showcasing work on model and still-life studio shoots.Excellent taste, with a keen eye for product detail and aesthetic quality.Deep knowledge of fashion, current trends, and what appeals to modern luxury consumers.Skilled in selecting and managing external collaborators—photographers, models, HMUs —and overseeing the creative process.A background in Graphic Design and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with video is a plus.Hands-on mentality, detail-oriented approach, collaborative spirit, and ability to coordinate with various internal departments.Passionate about creating visuals that feel relevant, elevated, and human.What We OfferUp to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 daysMobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting)10 days/year of mobile office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting)Language & e-learning coursesStaff discount of up to 30%Company pension schemeDiscounted membership for selected sports platforms & gymsDiscounted travel card Access to LinkedIn LearningIndividual support on mental health & well-being (e.g. compatibility work and family life) Social DayEmployee Share Purchase Plan
