Our APAC and EMEA based cross-functional teams support client projects with strategy, ideation and execution across social media, data analytics, events, paid media, content and CRM.Art DirectorAs our Art Director, you'll be supporting our client as an all-in-one mid-weight creative. You'll be working alongside the team on a wide variety of projects, from digital ads, social content, and some illustrative / branding work, to a touch of print. You should be experienced in handling projects from conceptualisation to delivery, and comfortable working across a mixture of different projects. You'll eat, sleep, breathe design and be fully up to date with the latest design trends and developments within the industry, helping to drive and influence the creative through your work. You'll have a strong sense of what makes an idea good, perfect layouts, beautiful typography, and be able to make even the trickiest layout projects look fantastic. *Please submit your portfolio, showreel or work deck to be considered for this role. Don't forget to add relevant social media handles so we can check out the creative awesomeness you've crafted for the social media world!Role:Design and content creation for social media assets, digital ads, print ads, event collateral,  publications, deck templates, toolkits, brand guides, information design, and illustrationsIndependently developing creative responses to briefsLocalising and adapting global creatives for use in regional marketsStaying abreast of and capitalising on emerging industry trendsIdeate, craft and execute original creative concepts to meet the brief's objectives and goalsLocalising and adapting global creative by developing images and animations to reflect the region's nuances while retaining the intentionsAdapting predefined formats and brand/campaign momentsStay relevant and in the know of the clients' products and servicesYou:5+ years experience creating awesome work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience, Proven graphic design and illustration skills, underpinned by a background in creative conception and origination. A trained eye for expertly crafted layouts and typographyA high level of attention to detail and an ability to multitask with fast turnaround times. Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendorsSelf-starter who can work independently with minimal guidanceTeam player with open communication to ensure we're always on the same pageWell organised and able to manage your time working towards deadlinesSolid experience with a full range of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)Knowledge of After Effects and animation would be a plusFamiliarity with GSuite products - Google Slides, Doc, Sheets, Gmail, etcExceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover the projects spanning across JAPACPlease note: due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted with a follow-up introduction email.
