If you are passionate about creating engaging content, have a flair for storytelling, and enjoy working remotely, we want to hear from you!TasksDevelop and oversee creative concepts for video campaigns, from ideation to final cut.Storyboard and direct short-form videos that resonate with social audiences.Collaborate with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure content feels authentic and on-brand.Lead visual storytelling across channels with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and audience engagement.Continuously test and iterate video formats based on performance and platform trends.Requirements3+ years of experience in video content creation, ideally in a creative agency or social-first brand (share your portfolio).Proven experience storyboarding and directing short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.Strong understanding of creator-style content — raw, engaging, and optimized for social (not overly polished).Comfortable leading creative direction from concept to post-production.Bonus: experience working directly with creators or influencers.BenefitsFlexibility to work from anywhere.Competitive freelance rate.Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and creative team.Please share your portfolio
