This is a fantastic opportunity to modernise internal tooling and play a hands-on role in streamlining processes across international teams. You’ll be a key player in evolving the way data is structured, analysed, and reported across the business. What You’ll Be Doing:
Data Analysis & ReportingClean, structure and analyse data from diverse sourcesApply statistical techniques to derive insightsCommunicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesConduct regular data quality checks and support data governance practicesTooling & AutomationBuild and maintain advanced Excel-based toolsUse macros and VBA to automate manual workflowsAssist in integrating tools with databases and external systemsSupport ongoing Power BI dashboard developmentProject & Process SupportCoordinate small internal projects and user requirementsAssist in writing user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteriaApply structured problem-solving (e. g. pyramid principle, hypothesis-led design)Deliver user training and documentation for tools developedTech Stack & Tools:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Macros and VBA)Power BI (desirable)SQL/database integration (advantageous)Familiarity with data lake or cloud-based tools is a bonusIdeal Candidate: Strong Excel skills – confident in macros, complex formulas, and VBAA proactive problem-solver who enjoys driving process efficienciesExcellent communicator, comfortable working across functions and regionsOrganised, detail-oriented, and accountable for your own deliverablesExperience in financial services or insurance is a plusFamiliarity with Agile methodologies is helpful but not essentialWhat’s on Offer:
