You’ll guide clients through complex digital transformations, architect scalable AI systems, and mentor junior team members while driving innovation and best practices.Your impactLead end-to-end Data & AI projects, translating business needs into technical solutionsDesign and implement scalable AI platforms, including LLMs, ML pipelines, and MLOpsAdvise clients on AI strategy and emerging technologiesCollaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutionsMentor and coach junior team members, fostering technical excellenceWhat you’ll bring5+ years of experience in Data & AI solution delivery and team leadershipExpertise in Python and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Proven experience architecting scalable AI/ML solutionsStrong strategic thinking and ability to engage senior stakeholdersExcellent communication skills in Dutch and English
