The AI Leader is a strategic and hands-on professional responsible for guiding the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence across client programs and internal company operations. This high-impact role focuses on pinpointing, prioritizing, and delivering AI use cases that drive business value and competitive advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the AI strategy for the company and its clients, aligning with business goals.Identify, prioritize, and translate emerging AI trends into high-value use cases.Lead the entire AI implementation lifecycle, from solution prototyping to deployment and hand-off.Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams (IT, Operations) throughout AI initiatives.Quantify and monitor AI value (ROI, time savings, accuracy) to validate impact and report measurable results.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing all stakeholders and project plans.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience implementing scalable AI solutions, ideally in contact center environments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.Proven ability to analyze workflows, lead change, and manage complex projects (timelines, risks).Strong experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.Adaptable, strong problem-solver, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.Advanced English.
