Your new company An R&D firm in the public sectorYour new role Lead LLM research design and experimentation, focusing on core model components and methodologies.Conduct independent research, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.Collaborate on data engineering tasks and transition low-TRL research into high-TRL engineering solutions.Share scientific progress regularly with supervisors and research leads to align on direction.Mentor team members and contribute to program initiatives; publishing is encouraged but not mandatory.What you'll need to succeed PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.R&D experience in NLP or generative AI domains.Expertise/ interest in LLM components like entity-relation, prompt engineering, reasoning, and sentiment analysis.Experience with synthetic data generation using generative AI techniques.What you'll get in return In return, you'll be part of an organization that values its employees.
