Job Description

We are looking for a senior LLM / GenAI Engineer to bring large language models into the heart of next-generation telecom operations. In this role, you’ll design and fine-tune LLMs for intelligent customer care, automated ticket analysis and resolution, knowledge retrieval from OSS/BSS and network documentation, as well as AI-driven service assurance and incident summarization. Responsibilities:Develop and fine-tune LLMs for telecom-specific applications, including:Intelligent customer care and digital assistantsAutomated ticket analysis and resolutionKnowledge retrieval from OSS/BSS and network documentationAI-driven service assurance and incident summarizationBuild and optimize scalable LLM pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-modal data integration (logs, text, telemetry), and secure inference. Integrate LLM-based reasoning and automation into existing OSS/BSS, NOC, and CRM workflows. Design APIs and frameworks to expose AI capabilities to network and business systems. Apply techniques for model alignment, context optimization, and safety (guardrails, red-team evaluation). Collaborate with data, network, and operations teams to deploy models on-prem or in hybrid cloud environments. Lead experimentation on domain adaptation using operator data while maintaining compliance and privacy.Qualifications:5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years working with LLMs or generative AIStrong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, vLLM, or similar)Experience in telecom or network data pipelines, OSS/BSS integration, or network analyticsKnowledge of MLOps and scalable inference on GPU/accelerator clusters (Kubernetes, Ray, Triton, etc.)Understanding of telecom ontologies, service models, and data governance/compliance (GDPR, telco security)Excellent collaboration skills to bridge AI research with network engineering and product teams
