Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Graphic Designer to support a mission-driven team developing cutting-edge technologies for the defense and critical industrial sectors. This role requires a design generalist who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual content and contribute to a consistent brand presence across multiple channels. This is an onsite role based in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California. You Will: Create illustrations, infographics, technical diagrams, presentations, and other visual assets across digital and print media. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

Design and maintain templates and visual systems to improve consistency and streamline design production. Support business development efforts with high-impact slide decks, proposals, and marketing materials. Iterate on designs quickly based on team feedback while maintaining brand cohesion. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all visual deliverables. Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to meet deadlines. You Have: 3–5 years of professional brand or visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing a range of styles and formats. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint). Ability to communicate complex ideas visually through strong storytelling and layout skills. Experience with motion graphics principles and web design best practices. Fluency in design fundamentals including color theory, typography, and composition. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California. U. S. Person status (U. S. Citizen or Green Card holder). UI/UX design experience. Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema4D or Redshift. Photography or video production experience.
