This role requires an seasoned professional who is high-performing, collaborative, process-oriented, and focused on results.As Label Relations and Artist Relations Manager, you will contribute to the organization's vision to evolve from a streaming-centric approach to a comprehensive integrated music business model. You will work to develop robust relationships with labels and artists driving awareness, acquisition, and engagement for key strategic priorities.Additionally, you will work to diversify revenue streams by leveraging original content, ecommerce, and innovative promotional ideas that benefit both artists and Amazon Music customers.If you are seeking a highly strategic role in the music business, this position presents an excellent opportunity. Serve as Amazon's ambassador to the music industry in Japan. Educate them on our value propositions, while implementing regular feedback loops and open communication channels to better understand their needs and foster trust and collaboration. Capitalize on the growing popularity of Japanese music genres for global markets by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
