Artist Manager

We specialise in artist career development, live event production, digital distribution and monetisation—helping artists build sustainable, scalable careers across streaming, live and brand partnerships.Role: Artist Manager (Music / Talent Manager)Role & ResponsibilitiesOwn artist career strategy: develop release plans, brand positioning, audience growth and revenue roadmaps for roster artists.Negotiate and close commercial deals—label agreements, sync/licensing deals, brand partnerships and performance contracts.Plan and execute touring and live-event logistics: routing, promoter relations, rider management and on-ground coordination.Manage rights and royalties: coordinate licensing, ensure accurate royalty reporting and resolve rights queries with distributors and collecting societies.Drive digital growth: lead DSP pitching, playlist strategies, social-first campaigns and commissioning promotional assets to amplify releases.Liaise with external stakeholders—labels, PR, booking agents, publishers and legal—to maximise artist exposure and income.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveProven track record managing artists or working in artist-facing roles in the music industry.Deep knowledge of music licensing, rights management and royalty administration in India.Hands-on experience with tour planning, promoter negotiation and live-event logistics.Practical experience with digital music distribution and DSP promotion tactics.Strong commercial negotiation skills—contracts, sync and partnership deals.Available to work on-site in India and able to travel for shows and events as required.PreferredExisting network of promoters, label A&R, publishers and media contacts in India.Experience with regional music markets and multilingual artist rosters.Familiarity with royalty accounting tools or music business certifications.Benefits & Culture HighlightsCompetitive retainer + commission structure linked to revenue milestones.Hands-on role with creative freedom to shape careers and launch high-visibility projects.Collaborative, artist-first culture with strong emphasis on growth and learning.Location: India | Workplace: On-site.
