As a Integrated Designer, you will be responsible for translating conceptual designs into polished and finished artwork. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, outstanding design sensibilities, and a passion for ensuring that every visual output is of the highest quality.What you will be doing: Design ExecutionCollaborate with designers and art directors to bring creative concepts to life in digital and print formats. Produce high-quality artwork that adheres to brand guidelines and project specifications. Prepare designs for various outputs, ensuring consistency and accuracy in colour and layout. Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through to delivery within specified deadlines. Quality AssuranceConduct thorough quality checks on all artworks ensuring attention to detail. Identify and resolve artwork discrepancies before the final approval. Ensure correct file naming, organization, and packaging for archiving. Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with designers and brand team to clarify project briefs and discuss best practices. You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issuesWhat you need to be great in this role:Proven experience as an Integrated Designer or similar role in a creative design agency. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite inc Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects and Premiere. Experience of working across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Facebook), print materials, illustration and branding initiatives. Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere. Acute attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality. Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
