Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage our HR and training department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our organizational culture, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance. This position requires a hands-on leader who can drive HR initiatives, support business goals, and create a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract top talent.
Oversee training departmentManage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations. Design and administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Monitor and enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and morale. Lead learning and development efforts, including training programs and career path planning. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Manage HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Process payroll accurately and on time at the end of each pay period, ensuring all employee records, hours, mutations, and deductions are up to date.
Prepare and analyze regular HR reports, such as overtime, sickness, turnover and other workforce metrics
