For our office in Ankara or Istanbul, Türkiye, we are looking for HR Generalist 100% (m/f)Full Employee LifecycleCoordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes. Coordinate performance evaluations, training, and development initiatives. Oversee employee offboarding, including exit interviews and documentation. Visa CoordinationCoordinate and process visas for new and existing employees. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local regulations. Travel & Expense ManagementOrganize and book flights, hotels, and transportation for senior management. Manage and submit expense claims accurately and on time. Calendar & Meeting ManagementSchedule and coordinate senior management meetings. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Compliance & Policy EnforcementEnsure compliance with internal HR policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour regulations and best practices. General Administrative SupportHandle day-to-day office administration. Assist in event planning, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR-related projects. RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience with 2–3 years of HR/Administrative experience. Very fluent in English (oral and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
