Position OverviewAs a Mechanical Engineer, you will ensure that all activities related to the construction of liquid food production lines adhere to company guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and monitor projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly deliveryEnsure the availability and allocation of necessary resourcesCollaborate with the project team and Operations ManagerSupervise subcontractors and coordinate their workEnsure the implementation of hygiene, safety, and environmental protection practicesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationTest, commission, and deliver projects to clientsRequirementsDegree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of two (2) years of proven experience in engineering applications at industrial installationsWorking knowledge of AutoCADExcellent command of English (written and oral)Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applicationsStrong organizational and communication skillsFlexibility to travel in Greece and abroadValid driver's licensePreferred Qualifications:
