Job DescriptionHead of Innovation – Romania & Hungary ClusterLocation: Romania or Hungary (within the respective market cluster)OverviewWe are looking for a commercially driven and collaborative Head of Innovation to lead the local innovation agenda across the Romania & Hungary cluster. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, developing scalable innovation initiatives, and executing strategic projects that align with AEI’s global innovation strategy. You'll lead a dedicated innovation team, work closely with senior commercial leaders, and be a valued member of the AEI Innovation Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the innovation pipeline for Romania & Hungary, aligned with AEI’s innovation platforms Translate consumer insights into business opportunities across the cluster Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement) to deliver successful launches Drive ROI and commercial performance through innovation Ensure robust governance and reporting via AEI’s Smartgate system Build, manage, and develop a high-performing teamRequirements 10+ years’ experience in FMCG (preferably in blue-chip companies) Proven track record in brand management and innovation delivery Strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility Project management and cross-functional leadership experience Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeWhy ApplyYou’ll join a fast-paced, multicultural environment with premium brands like Dreher, Ursus, and Asahi Super Dry.
