About Our ClientOur client is a well-established international company offering premium services to a global clientele. As part of a strategic transformation initiative, the business is undergoing a carve-out of one of its specialized units, with the aim of consolidating operations under a unified leadership structure. To support this transition, we are seeking an experienced consultant with a strong background in separation and carve-out projects. Start ASAP, estimated project duration of 6 months.Job DescriptionAs Carve-Out Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and advising the carve-out of a specialized business unit across multiple locations. Your key responsibilities will include:Providing hands-on support and strategic guidance throughout the carve-out processCollaborating with internal stakeholders across functions and geographiesIdentifying operational and organizational implications of the separationSupporting the design and implementation of the new governance and leadership structureEnsuring alignment with corporate standards and transformation goalsActing as a trusted advisor to senior leadership throughout the project lifecycleThe Successful ApplicantWe are looking for a candidate who brings:At least 5-6 years of relevant experience, ideally within a Big 4 advisory or transaction services teamDemonstrated expertise in carve-out, separation, or post-merger integration projectsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to navigate complex, cross-border environmentsFluency in English; additional languages are an assetImmediate availability or short notice startWhat's On OfferHigh-impact strategic projectInternational and dynamic working environment
