Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to prospects to develop new business accounts. Sales Order Process: Learn and execute the sales order process, managing a full portfolio of clients. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed sales goals and metrics, including daily phone time and prospect development.
Negotiation and Closing: Use discretion and sound judgment to negotiate with customers and close sales orders while maintaining profitable margins. Market Awareness: Stay informed about market conditions, customer/vendor bases, and pricing to provide the best possible service to clients. Strategic Sales Development: Help develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts, optimizing opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as the Sales Team, Sales Managers, and Order Management to ensure excellent customer service and enhanced sales opportunities. Information Accuracy: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the database. Requirements:
Recent sales experience in a B2B environment is preferred. Fluency in French (C1), German (C1), or Italian (C1), and English (B2), both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. A proactive, dynamic, and outgoing personality with a passion for sales. A Bachelor's degree (required). Master’s degree is a plus.
