Patient Education Consultant(Focus on Full Arch and Dental Implant Surgery) Position SummaryAs a Sales Consultant at our dental implant and surgery center, you will guide potential patients through treatment decisions. Your role involves maintaining relationships from the initial consultation through the transition to treatment, helping patients feel informed and comfortable. ResponsibilitiesMeet with potential patients to discuss implant treatment options. Conduct in-practice consultations with potential implant patients. Use consultative sales skills to assist patients in decision-making. Maintain detailed patient records in the CRM (e. g. , Salesforce. com). Create brand awareness to generate leads.
Manage all incoming leads, lead conversion, and follow up. Manage lead generation, follow-up, and referrals to grow the patient base. Contribute to achieving sales targets and practice revenue goalsRepresent the practice at local marketing events. Work closely with clinical and administrative teams for a seamless handoff. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsAn ideal candidate would have 3+ years of sales experience in high end retail, med spa, plastics, medical sales, dentistry or similar businesses to consumer settings with strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication and rapport-building. Self-motivation, drive, and outgoing approach.
