🧩 What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle – from strategic outreach and discovery to negotiation and close, focusing on five- to seven-figure deals. Generate pipeline proactively – create 70–80% of your own opportunities. Consult and solve – engage deeply with technical and business stakeholders to understand their challenges and tailor high-impact solutions. Influence at all levels – sell across multiple personas, from operational teams to C-level executives, often navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles. Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to build value-driven proposals and smooth onboarding experiences. Forecast with precision – use CRM tools (e. g.
Salesforce) and frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to forecast accurately and manage pipeline health. Be a trusted advisor – stay on top of trends, develop industry knowledge, and help shape scalable sales playbooks as we grow. 🧠 What You'll Bring4–6+ years in full-cycle Enterprise SaaS / B2B sales, ideally in data, cloud, AI/ML, life sciences, industrial tech, or complex software environments. Proven success in closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals in long sales cycles. Experience with strategic outbound selling and pipeline generation — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Strong storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills – able to simplify complex ideas and inspire confidence. Comfortable navigating complex accounts with technical and business personas, including IT, R&D, Procurement, Operations, and the C-suite. Familiarity with methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or Command of the Message is a plus.
