Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager located in Kuwait City, with some work from home acceptable. The Regional Manager will oversee the operations of multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring they meet sales goals and maintain excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring store performance, conducting site visits, training and supporting branch managers, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. QualificationsLeadership, team management, and training skillsSales, performance monitoring, and goal-setting experienceOperational management and efficiency improvement skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and remotely, with occasional travelExperience in the food and beverage industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldPosition Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple food and beverage outlets within a designated geographic area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards across all locations. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of F&B operations, and the ability to drive performance through strategic planning, effective team management, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Operational OversightOversee daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency. Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure adherence to brand and quality standards.

Leadership & Team DevelopmentManage, train, and mentor Area Managers, Store Managers, and key staff to build a high-performing team. Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning within the region. Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Financial PerformanceTake ownership of regional P&L performance; monitor sales, labor, and food cost metrics. Develop and implement cost control measures to meet or exceed financial goals. Provide accurate and timely reports on regional performance to senior leadership. Customer ExperienceEnsure each outlet delivers an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand’s values.

Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement strategies where necessary. Support local marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions. Strategic Planning & ExecutionSupport the launch of new outlets, including hiring, training, and operational setup. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, supply chain) to support business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional data to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)Minimum 5–7 years of experience in multi-unit management within the food and beverage industryProven track record of delivering operational and financial resultsStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of food safety, labor regulations, and service quality standardsProficient in MS Office, POS systems, and operational reporting toolsWillingness to travel frequently within the assigned regionPreferred Skills: Experience in QSR, casual dining, or franchise environmentsServSafe, HACCP, or equivalent food safety certificationsData-driven decision-making and analytical skillsBilingual (depending on region) is a plusWorking Conditions:
