Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Operations Manager based in Kuwait City with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing branch performance, and implementing operational strategies.

Duties include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, managing staff, handling customer feedback, and optimizing operational efficiency. QualificationsManagement skills including team leadership, staff management, and coordinationOperational skills including inventory management, supplier coordination, and process optimizationCustomer service skills including handling feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service qualityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasksBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldExperience in the food & beverage industry or retail operations is a plusKey Responsibilities: Operational ExcellenceOversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants/cafes/outlets across the region.

Ensure all locations comply with company SOPs, food safety standards, and health regulations. Monitor operational KPIs including food quality, service speed, labor productivity, and cost control. Leadership & Team ManagementLead, coach, and develop a team of area managers, store managers, and kitchen staff. Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistency in execution and identify areas for improvement. Support recruitment, training, and performance management efforts across the region. Financial & Sales PerformanceManage regional P&L, budget planning, and financial reporting. Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce waste/costs.

Work closely with marketing and corporate teams to roll out promotions and seasonal campaigns. Customer Experience & Brand StandardsMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence. Ensure all outlets reflect the brand’s image, values, and standards. Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally. Compliance & SafetyEnsure all outlets meet regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation, and employee safety. Conduct routine audits and risk assessments. Strategic PlanningAssist in the rollout of new store openings or refurbishments. Provide input into menu development and product innovation based on regional customer preferences.

Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure consistent product availability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)5+ years of multi-unit management experience in the food & beverage industryStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven experience managing budgets, driving sales, and improving operational performanceKnowledge of food safety standards (e. g. , HACCP, ServSafe certification preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/back-of-house systemsWillingness to travel frequently within the regionPreferred Skills:

Experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), casual dining, or large-scale food retailFamiliarity with labor management tools and inventory control systemsData-driven decision-making and strategic planning capabilitiesBilingual skills (if applicable to the region)
