ResponsibilitiesJob Descriptions in English version is available / 只提供英文版本Assist in planning and monitoring the logistics and security provisionsAssist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in the planning and execution of logistics and security provisionsEnsure performance in event operations and execution of deployment plans are up to standard and in-line with key performance indicatorsAssist in conducting and preparing logistic and security data analysis for venue expansion developmentAssist in formulation and compilation of proposal for security enhancement in venue expansion developmentCoordinate and drive security enhancement works through effective collaboration with user department and technical departmentMaintain AWEM security standard to protect life and property for all the events occurring in AWEMAssist in planning, upkeeping and coordination of venue wayfinding and event related signageProvide administrative support including purchasing and sourcing, expenditure report, office operations, logistic data and report and issuance of car parking permit, etc.
Perform any ad hoc assignments as requiredRequirementsAssociate Degree or above in Transport and Logistics, Business Administration, Event Management, or related disciplineMinimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in sizable organization or hospitality industry. Planning experience particularly in logistics, security, and experience in disciplined forces will be an advantage.
