ResponsibilitiesJob Descriptions in English version is available / 只提供英文版本Assist in daily venue operations and management as well as event operations on event daysEnsure the company policies, procedure, and venue house rules within the venue boundary is complied and the delivery of a quality, safe and pleasant venue environmentProvide support to events including but not limited to validating the readiness and order of the venue before handover of venue to the event organizers or their contractors, event set up, move out dismantling works, direct crowd flow and traffic managementPerform day-to-day patrol duty, venue management and inspection and report items with irregularity and/or requiring servicing or maintenanceAssist to handling customers enquiries relating to the venue and eventsSpeedy respond to scenes of incident and emergency, conduct initial enquiry and report result to the supervisorsAssist in supervising performance of security and traffic service providersProvide Security Control Room operation and accurate record keeping, including video surveillance, access control, traffic control, key facilities monitoring, handle lost and found and monitoring of contractors worksSafekeep of all keys in the Security Control Room and make accurate records on retrieval and return of all keysKeep proper logs and recordsDaily hoisting and lowering of National, SAR & Company flagsPerform any ad-hoc assignments as requiredRequirementsF.

7 or equivalent with minimum 1 year relevant experience in property management of commercial properties, hospitality services and security companiesGood written/spoken Chinese (Cantonese), fluency in written/spoken English is an advantage;Experience in operation of CCTV, Key Access Control, Fire Alarm and other systems in the Security Control Room and emergency handlingProactive, customer-oriented, good team player and positive working attitudePossess a valid Security Personnel Permit, valid Hong Kong driving license (vehicle category 1) and first-aid certificate and QAS certificateGood interpersonal skills and be able to work with internal/external parties in the execution of his/her duties5-day work, shift duties is requiredInterested parties please click "Apply now" or email your full resume stating the present & expected salaries to HR Department via [email redacted, apply via Company website]Personal data collected will be used for recruitment-related purpose only.
