You’ll help lead a passionate team, coordinate with internal departments and ensure every detail is handled with precision and care. Your responsibilities include:Supporting the development and execution of event strategiesAssisting with site inspections and client communicationsCoordinating proposals, contracts, and event documentationManaging group requests and distributing tasks within the teamMonitoring budgets, timelines, and operational flowEnsuring smooth collaboration between departmentsAnalyzing conversion rates and lost business to improve performanceActing as a point of contact for guests, clients and partnersSupport the development of both new and existing employees.Conduct performance reviewsReporting to the Meeting & Events ManagerWhat you’ll bringAt least 2 years of experience in a Meeting & Events role, preferably in a luxury hotelStrong organizational and project management skillsA proactive, commercial mindset and eye for detailLeadership potential and the ability to motivate a teamA calm and solution-oriented approach under pressureExcellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plusPassion for hospitality and delivering five-star serviceWhere your journey beginsLocated in the heart of Amsterdam, Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky blends timeless elegance with modern luxury.
