The role involves managing dealer performance, market share growth, customer experience, and coordination for EV ecosystem readiness.Responsibilities:Sales & Market Growth:Drive sales volume and market share in assigned territoryMonitor and support dealer performance & retail targetsEnsure end-to-end customer experience (Pre-sales to Sales delivery)Manage showroom & digital customer journeyEnsure timely order availability, billing & retail closuresPlan & execute activations, market coverage & enquiry generationLead hyperlocal digital initiatives and dealer marketing activitiesEnsure dealership infrastructure readiness for EV businessService & Post-Sales Support:Track customer feedback, NPS and drive corrective actionsEnsure process adherence across dealershipsEnsure availability of tools, equipment & trained manpowerManage spare parts availability & warranty coordinationEV Ecosystem Coordination:Work with charging infrastructure teams to ensure regional readinessCandidate Requirements:Mandatory: Experience in New Car Sales / Passenger Vehicle (4W)Good understanding of dealer operations & automotive sales cycleStrong communication, execution & stakeholder management skillsPassion for Electric Vehicle industryAbout the RoleThis role is part of the Mahindra Electric SUV portfolio.
