Work with amateur and professional athletes. Access to a wide network of talented athletes and partners worldwide. Commission based salary with the option of becoming a full time employee. Work for a young but well-established company, in an environment with other sports people!Responsibilities: Find talented athletes who want to attend college in the USA!Contact potential players via social media, phone, or email. Evaluate players' statistics, highlights, etc. and assess their quality. Attend sports events/junior tournaments and network with players/coaches/parents. Help build ASM's brand worldwide. Find potential ambassadors. Contact schools/clubs for possible collaborations.
Help the athletes through the recruitment process from first contact until graduation from a university!Qualifications: Former college athlete or coach! (Active is also fine)Extensive knowledge of at least one specific sport, preferably more!Extensive network within youth sports. Responsible. Self-motivated. Ambitious. Driven!Exceptional communication skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Goal to work in the sports industry in the future, for example as an agent.
