Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly detail-oriented and client-focused Luxury Travel Support Executive to join our remote team.

In this role, you will provide crucial back-office and client support for our Travel Designers, helping to ensure that every itinerary runs smoothly from planning to return. This role is employed with a consulting contract and the position is fully remote with occasional travel to HQ in Zurich or partner venues.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Travel Designers by managing booking confirmations, supplier communications, documentation, and itinerary accuracyCommunicate directly with travel advisors and clients to assist with pre- and post-booking requests, travel changes, and concierge-level service needsLiaise with high-end partners including luxury hotels, DMCs, airlines, and ground transport providersMonitor ongoing trips and proactively address any issues, changes, or emergenciesLoading and maintaining Supplier records in the company's internal booking systemMaintain precise and up-to-date records in CRM and booking systemsAssist the VP-Travel as and when requiredUphold the brand's reputation by consistently delivering polished, discreet, and timely serviceRequirementsProfile / Competences / BehaviourMinimum 3 years of experience in the luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge service industryFamiliarity with GDS systems (e.

g. Galileo/Travelport, Sabre) and travel CRM tools (e. g.
