We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant - a strategic business partner who will be trusted to act as a direct extension of a dynamic and entrepreneurial CEO/Founder.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not only extremely organised and operationally sharp but also commercially astute, emotionally intelligent and fully aligned with the energy and pace of a fast-scaling creative business. Being proactive and always 10 steps ahead, youll be the CEOs right hand - someone who brings calm structure to creative vision, who can confidently sit at the table with clients and stakeholders and who has the presence to lead meetings in the CEOs absence.
You will act as a key interface across the business, helping manage high-profile relationships, tracking and progressing actions and ensuring projects move forward with clarity and momentum. From coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings and international events to representing the CEO with UHNWI clients and global brand partners, this is a high-visibility, hands-on role where two days will never be the same. The working model is office based with a degree of flexibility, shaped around the Founders location and schedule. Youll be based from the Battersea office, occasionally from the Sussex home office and be trusted to manage your presence with judgement.
Acting as the eyes and ears of the CEO, youll bring professionalism, maturity and warmth to every interaction - ensuring the tone, tempo and values of the business are consistently upheld.
