About the role: We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Communications Manager.

This position is perfect for a creative, independent professional who is ready to take full ownership of communication strategies and their execution, working strictly towards clear OKRs — with zero micromanagement. We support Ukraine.  Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and implement communication strategies targeted at our potential customers.

Establish relations with existing clients to write case studies and testimonials. Establish and maintain relationships with industry media to publish core company news and important product updates, and distribute new partnership updates through this channel. Obtain industry knowledge and match it with our product updates to release whitepapers. Develop lending pages to present products better and collect potential customer contacts. Engage professional colleagues in content creation. Get consultations and run interviews. Attend key industry conferences after 6–12 months to expand your media network and maintain strong, face-to-face relationships with editors and journalists. Run a corporate LinkedIn. Run a corporate website.

Be the monthly budget owner for content distribution. Report directly to the Head of Product. Requirements: Experience:  Relevant experience as a writer, marketeer, or PR for the betting vertical is preferred but not mandatory. Track Record:  Demonstrated success in delivering successful communication of a brand. Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable. Language:  Advanced English (C1+) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Personal Qualities: A collaborative team player skilled at initiating conversations to obtain necessary informationCreative mindset with fresh ideas and strong storytelling skills.

Highly self-motivated – able to build strategy and execute hands-on without daily guidance. Quick to adapt to new products, teams, and internal processes.
