Job Summary: Support and execute strategic departmental and company goals: Implementation of Shop Floor Management (SFM) and sustainability Supplier Development ProgramSupplier Performance ManagementSupplier Relationship ManagementOperational:

Representative to assigned suppliers on Shop Floor Management (SFM) activities;Implement SFM activities as assigned in areas of Safety, Environment, Delivery and Quality (SQED) and/or Risk ManagementMonitor, Review and manage supplier's performance in relation to Safety, Environment, Quality and Delivery (SQED) and risk managementAudit, review, analyze, advise and support the countermeasure implementation of all supplier's findings and assure the sustainability of the suppliersPreparation and presentation of periodic and ad hoc reports pertaining to suppliers performance and development activities Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in Engineering or Business Admin or any related field with CGPA 3.

5 and aboveAnalytical mindset towards engineering/automotiveBasic understanding of supplier relationship management, procurement and issue managementStrong speaker/presenter with excellent English communicationProficient in Microsoft office (SAP knowledge is an added advantage)Attention to detailedStrong analytical view and excellent negotiation skills
