As we build our dynamic team, we are looking for passionate and creative individuals who are ready to shape the future of education in the UAE.About the Role:Responsible for supervising all activities related to the Assessment Center, which include establishing appropriate frameworks for evaluating academic staff, teaching staff, personnel working in the childhood sector. In addition, responsible for developing specialized tests according to the needs of the organization or other entities, supervising the evaluation of students based on approved standards, identifying training or educational needs, and ensuring that the organization or other entities comply with the approved standards related to academic accreditationResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Assessment Center team to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring the effective implementation of policies, procedures, and performance standards.Develop and oversee comprehensive evaluation frameworks for specialized staff, teaching personnel, childhood sector professionals, and workforce in related or supportive sectors.Design and implement specialized assessment tools — including competency-based, psychometric, and behavioral tests — aligned with organizational needs and international best practices.Supervise and ensure the quality of all assessment processes, including student evaluations, workforce readiness assessments, and compliance with organizational accreditation standards.Analyze assessment results to identify training and educational needs, and provide recommendations for workforce development and continuous improvement.Contributes to strategic planning and policy enhancement, recommending improvements to assessment methodologies, procedures, and sector development initiatives.Prepare and present comprehensive evaluation reports to stakeholders, supporting research, decision-making, and ongoing sectoral development efforts.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related fieldA minimum of 6–8 years of professional experience in Learning & Development (L&D), performance management, or a related field within the educational or training sector.Previous experience in Learning & Development or performance management within well-known organizations in the education or training sector is preferred.A professional certification in performance management (e.g., Certified Performance Management Professional Certification – CPMPC) is considered an added value.
