We also have a strong mission to help the whole world reach net zero too – working across our industry to improve people’s lives. Would you like to discover how our diverse, hardworking people are leading the way in making energy cleaner and better – and how you can play your part in our world-class team?Join our Team and advance your career as anAsset Administrator- Procure to Pay- Spanish SpeakingThe Assets Administrative support is responsible for providing the local Asset team first level process in different activities related with P2P process, Budget control, manage Vendors within the scope of assets construction and Maintenance in all matters related with payments PO and invoices…It concerns providing technical support and managing user/supplier system & process training activities, providing support to fulfil the necessary SAP, P2P processes by invoice handling, creating and closing purchase requisitions/purchase orders and execution of GR’s, deep analysis of the budgets.The Assets Administrative will support different areas; maintenance, construction and HSSE.In This Role You WillProcure to Pay Process Maintenance & Construction:Creates purchase orders/ shopping cards for construction and maintenance team in Spanish and makes any necessary modifications and provides purchase order related information as required by the business, such as open times, due dates, and missing goods receipts.Support Construction and maintenance team opening projects.Processes requisitions received from the business.Control and give good receipts following business requirements.Helps to identify and resolve invoice problems and drives compliance to all BP pay-related agreements.Maintains up-to-date procedures and manuals as per requirements.Acts as the first contact for the vendors for all matters related with payments PO’s and invoices.Act as an expert / coach within the local Asset team regarding the SAP related processes.Ad-hoc reporting: develop and maintain different kind of reports related to SAP, Procurement, eMaintenance and Invoicing.Register and update Budget database Capex maintenance umbrellas – analysis of the budgets, Ad-hoc costs analysisHSSE:Support the new vendors creations and manage P2P process.Record incidents in the IRIS database.What You Will Need To Be SuccessfulBachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, equivalent experience might be consideredMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience.Fluency in Spanish and EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP, ExcelGood oral and written communication skills.Strong administrative and analysis skills.At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you:Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elementsLife & health insurance, medical care packageFlexible working schedule: home office up to 2 days / week, based on team agreementOpportunity to build up long term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning optionsFamily friendly workplace e.g.: Extended parental leave, Mother-baby roomEmployees’ wellbeing programs e.g.: Employee Assistance Program, Company Recognition ProgramPossibility to join our social communities and networksChill-out and collaboration spaces in our beautiful Budapest Agora and Szeged offices e.g.: Play Zones, Office massage, Sport and music equipmentbp Hungary won the Most Attractive Employer 2024 Award (SSC / BSC sector) fourth time in a row at PwC's annual employer research.
