Then we want you as our new Asset and Shipment Coordinator!ROSEN Norway is looking for a structured and proactive coordinator who will be responsible for logistics, purchasing, and equipment management related to our technical operations. The role is central to ensuring that our field teams have the right equipment at the right time and that purchases and shipments are handled efficiently and in accordance with internal procedures.Tasks and responsibilities:Asset and Shipment Coordinate logistics and shipments of equipment to and from the site and workshop. Ensure that the correct equipment is packed and shipped in accordance with requirements and schedule. Register and track assets in internal systems. Work closely with the Workgroup Lead and Head of FIO to ensure that operations run as planned. Contribute to planning workflows and resource utilization. Follow up on documentation and requirements related to transport, customs, and technical equipment. Perform receiving checks during demobilization: ensure that equipment is stored, maintained, repaired, and reported as non-compliant. Purchasing and Inventory Management Participate in the purchase of technical equipment and consumables according to needs and budget. Follow up on suppliers and orders, including price inquiries and delivery status. Ensure that purchases are in line with ROSEN's procedures and quality requirements. Manage inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials. Contribute to improving purchasing processes and cost efficiency. Support administrative processes in collaboration with the internal coordinator. What you will bring Required qualifications: Relevant education in logistics, purchasing, technical administration, or equivalent. Experience in logistics, transportation, purchasing, or coordination—preferably from technical or operational activities. Good understanding of systems and experience with ERP or asset management tools. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations. Desirable qualities: Good understanding of systems and ability to work in a structured manner. Structured working methods and ability to handle multiple parallel processes. Good communication skills in Norwegian and English. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
