Job description:Job PurposeResponsible for the Short,medium and long term asset integrity plans of the site.Make sure that the equipment inspection programs of the site are executed as planned.Provide asset integrity testing for pressure piping,pressure vessels and storage tanks to ensure that all pressure equipment are at highest integrity.Ensure compliance to established equipment laws and regulations as well as to international standards. Main Tasks & AccountabilitiesSafety Participate in safety training related to industrial plants/projects to protect self and others. Follow all corporate and Refinery HSE policies and procedures. Tasks and Resonsibilities Ensure conformity to all current regulations,standards and statutory inspections required both during and post construction or modification of units. Conduct professional asset integrity assessments in compliance with API codes. Develop a testing program based on effective predictive maintenance strategies using industry best practice to ensure optimum reliability ,availbility and integrity of plant. Plan and support the maintenance activities.Supervise all welding jobs performed on site. Participate in HAZOPS,Tool box talks,equipment criticality workshops,etc. Reviews all QA/QC/inspection and testing plans documentation from contractors. Inspect fabrications shops outside of the refinery to ensure that the refinery requested services are performed well,as necessary. Coordinates inspection staff and contractor and simulation of the life of equipment. Perform complex corrosion calculations and simulation of the life of equipment. Maintain database of refinery MOCs and Document control in asset management. Provide integrity input to commercial agreements and contracts to ensure risk are mitigated. Work and support a cohesive work environment,working hand in hand with all stakeholders to meet and achieve the plant operational targets and expectations of the facility. Familiar with the unit technology descriptions and examined for handling the technical assests of the units. Keep their workplace clean and clean it if it is needed or ordered. Follow their line manager or manager or director orders. Working Environment30% outside work- working at heights from time to time.An air- conditioned office is provided. Effective communication and reporting skills. Fluent in written & verbal English.Kurdish is an advantage. MS office. Familiar with testing software and analysis tool and equipment. Must be physically fit.
