Primary Location : SWEDEN-SWEDEN-STOCKHOLMOrganization : AXAIM Alts - Real EstateContract Type : RegularShift : Day JobSchedule : Full-timeDescriptionAsset Management AnalystPermanent contractStockholm SwedenThe Analysts contributes to the management and value creation of the Nordic properties.Key AccountabilitiesThe analyst will support the Asset Management team based in Sweden. The analyst will support the implementation of asset business plans by assisting with asset management initiatives, project or development management, tenant liaison and disposals across different sectors. The individual will be responsible for:Proving analysis and contributing to the preparation of the annual business plansSet-up financial models (DCF)Collecting and analysing all relevant data / documentation at asset levelSupporting the deployment of the ESG tasksContribute to the preparation and monitoring of the asset budgets (revenues, opex and capex)Co-ordinating with third party consultantsContribute to the implementation of the marketing and letting strategyContribute to the supervision of property management issuesContribute to the monitoring of refurbishment or development programsAssist in the preparation of disposalsSupport investment underwritings led by the Acquisitions teamsProvide analytical and presentation support on ad hoc strategic / managerial topicsMonitoring fit out and refurbishment projects by instructing, defining and controlling the activities of internal and external Project Managers and reporting progress and results on completionMonitor external valuations, asset KPI’s and contribute to investor reportingQualificationsEducation/QualificationsEducated degree in business or real estateExperience1-2 years experience in the real estate sectorUnderstanding of legislations and/or financial techniques related to real estate investmentsCompetenciesAccomplished interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a teamAutonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven cultureStrong analytical skillsVerbal and written communications and presentation skillsCreative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutionFluent in EnglishAs of July 1, 2025, AXA Investment Managers has officially joined the BNP Paribas group through BNP Paribas Cardif.
