Asset Management AnalystLocation: Miami, Florida (***Local candidates only please***)Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) plus performance bonus and benefitsSummarySelect professional will be responsible for mitigating risks and maximizing property values on existing portfolio investments. Responsibilities include communicating with borrowers, analyzing financial information, reviewing legal documents, and completing thorough reports on outstanding assets.Responsibilities – Asset Management AnalystMonitor progress of borrowers’ business plans (financial, technical covenants)Point of contact for borrowers and vendors on loansReview legal documents; draft legal notices for loan investmentsAnalyze property financials and construction progressCoordinate with the servicing department to ensure timely paymentsWork with outside counsel to enforce loan documents & covenantsEvaluate and author reports on existing investments in the portfolioInteract with consultants to monitor assets and perform site inspections on investmentsQualifications – Asset Management AnalystBachelor’s degree required: Finance, Engineering, or Real Estate focusReal estate, asset management, or construction management experience1-3 years of relevant project management experience with the ability to perform several tasks concurrently with poise and professionalismStrong math proficiency to review and maintain construction/improvement budgets, analyze financial information for properties, and complete reports for outstanding investmentsExcellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies quicklyIndependent self-starter with a strong analytical backgroundHigh attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
