With a strong presence in the real estate market, IPG continues to be a trusted and preferred agency among developers and clients in Malaysia.Requirement: 1.⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle tenants, owners, and agents effectively. 2.⁠ ⁠Problem-solving ability to manage maintenance, repairs, and tenant issues quickly. 3.⁠ ⁠Experience in coordination role4.⁠ ⁠Able to speak in English , Chinese and Malay3.⁠ ⁠Willing to travel and have own transportationJob Scope: 1.⁠ ⁠Consult property owners on whether to choose long-term or short-term rental strategies. 2.⁠ ⁠Assist owners in managing operators for both rental and sales activities. 3.⁠ ⁠Monitor operator performance to protect owner interests and maximize property returns. 4.⁠ ⁠Offer professional advice to help owners achieve sustainable and profitable property management. 5.⁠ ⁠Handle all the owner inquiries5.⁠ ⁠Call and source property unit from property owner / investorLocation: Fraser Business Park (Current office)Connaught & Ampang (New office) Will be relocate soonWorking Hours: Mon - Friday 9.30 am- 6.30 pm Salary Range : RM3,500 ( include travel allowance)
