Asset Manager - Solar/PV (Renewable Energy )

Our client is a publicly traded renewable energy company and Independent Power Producer specializing in initiating, developing, financing, construction, managing, and operating renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery energy storage.With operations across multiple regions, including the U.S., Europe, and other key markets, the company manages a diversified portfolio of income-generating projects and projects in various stages of development, construction, and pre-construction.We are seeking an Asset Manager who will be responsible for the overall management, including performance optimization, operational, commercial, and financial management of 5 PV sites in Hungary.Responsibilities: • Operational Management: Managing operations and maintenance/correction of the O&M contractor's activities to ensure the execution of the work plan.• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze PV sites performance data.• Commercial management: Managing contracts and negotiating new contracts• Financial Management: Managing the operating budget/ revenues and preparing financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for stakeholders• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or any related field.• Master’s degree or professional certification• Must: Fluent in Hungarian and English.• Must: 3-5 years of experience in Asset management within the renewables sector.• Proven track record in managing large-scale assets or portfolios, with a focus on performance optimization and financial management• In-depth knowledge of renewable technologies and operations• Strong commercial skills• Familiarity with Hungarian regulatory requirements and industry standards.• Familiarity with PPA’s and financial revenues scheme
