Title: Asset Servicing AnalystLocation: Dublin (Hybrid) Contract Duration: 12+ Months We’re seeking a skilled Asset Servicing Analyst to join a leading financial services team in Dublin on a 12+ month contract. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting the end-to-end management of Corporate Action events and ensuring operational excellence across a range of investment products. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in day-to-day operations while contributing to process improvements and project initiatives.What You’ll Do:Manage and reconcile Corporate Action events, including reviewing communications, notifications, and facilitating postings.Support operational activities, data analysis, and reporting in line with established procedures and timelines.Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.Interpret data to recommend enhancements to workflows, systems, and risk controls.Ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards, escalating issues promptly when required.Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service and achieve business objectives.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree preferred, with experience in asset servicing, financial operations, or a related field.Strong knowledge of investment instruments, including equities, fixed income, and asset-backed securities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and ideally Access).Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proven track record of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
