---The challengeWe’ve built an award-winning SaaS platform with strong enterprise traction and global expansion underway. Now we need repeatable growth. Inbound performance is promising but inconsistent. Website conversion is improving but not yet predictable. You’ll help close those gaps and deliver a consistent stream of qualified opportunities. This role is for someone who understands how enterprise decisions get made, how to influence multiple stakeholders, and how to build and test systems that generate pipeline. You’ll work closely with sales, write messages that cut through, and experiment across the full funnel to find what works.
---What you’ll own and drive- Run high-impact acquisition experiments across paid, organic, outbound, and partner channels to generate more qualified inbound and outbound leads- Build and optimise campaigns across digital platforms to improve conversion rates and increase pipeline velocity- Write performance-driven content across landing pages, ads, email, and product messaging that engages target personas and supports sales conversations- Collaborate with sales to support outbound and account-based campaigns, driving tighter alignment and shared pipeline targets- Improve website performance and lead capture flows to convert high-intent traffic and reduce drop-off- Select, implement, and test tools and automation that increase efficiency and allow growth efforts to scale without headcount- Track and report on campaign performance using your analytics stack, turning insights into clear recommendations that strengthen our US presence and funnel---You’ll thrive if you.
