We specialize in providing customized business setup and corporate support services designed to simplify operations and accelerate growth.Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the companyâs audit and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and receivable processes.Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.Collaborate with the finance team to improve workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong understanding of accounting documentation and filing processes.Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)Employment Type: Full-time
