As ASMAS at ABENA, your key responsibility is to support our Area Sales Manager (ASM) with various tasks and build strong personal relationships with our customers while providing them with top-class service. As the daily backup for our ASM for markets in Africa, the Middle East, and India, or Eastern Europe and Latin America, you are motivated by dialogue with people from diverse cultures and have a genuine interest in understanding and serving these customers in the best possible way.You see it as an exciting challenge to identify and engage new customers in emerging markets, thriving in an international environment where you enjoy the freedom to plan your workday independently. While the role primarily provides back-end support, it also offers the opportunity to take ownership of customer relationships and, if you are capable, evolve into a full end-to-end sales role.In the department, we focus on opportunities to access new markets in line with ABENA’s current strategy. At ABENA, you will have a varied and challenging workday in a dynamic organization where commitment and visionary leadership have brought the company to a leading position.Your key responsibilities will include:Search for new potential customers in new marketsAnalyze customer needs in relation to ABENA’s product rangeUpdate price lists and prepare quotations in collaboration with the ASMAssist the ASM with various tasks, such as shipping product samples, preparing statistics, and visit reportsSupport customers with knowledge, pricing, etc., when they participate in tendersArrange, coordinate, and participate in customer visits at our premisesWhat we hope you bringThe most important factor for succeeding in this position is your drive and approach.
