Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant, located in Madeira Island, Portugal. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with various office tasks. The Assistant will also handle communication with internal and external stakeholders, and provide support to the management team as needed. Qualifications Administrative support skills, including scheduling and coordinating meetingsExperience in maintaining records and managing office tasksExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in office software and toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
