QUALIFICATIONSUniversity graduate from one of the top universities in areas of Engineering, Business Administration or Economics1-3 years of experience as Assistant Brand Manager in FMCG sectorExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishStrong passion and strength in consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutionsGood teamplayer, hardworking, dynamic and highly motivated personalityAnalytical mind with strong planning and organizational skillsHigh interpersonal & excellent communication skillsMultifunctional skill base (financial, sales operations as well as marketing)Proven knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and Powerpoint)No obligation of travellingUnrelated to military service JOB DESCRIPTIONAssist Category Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategy based upon company business goalsCoordinate & implement product management projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research and advertising agencies)Conduct P&L analysis and develop pricing strategiesMonitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plansCoordinate all brand marketing activities with other departments and third partiesControl marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets
