For our client, a worldwide famous FMCG Company, we are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager Ice Cream to join the team in Amsterdam.We offer:Contract of 7 Months, extension possibleStart date: 1 December 2025Salary between 5300 euro and 6500 euro per Month, depending on experienceHybrid workingPLATFORM TEAM’S OVERALL Responsibilities and Targets:As part of Platform team, you will lead innovation, communication, and strategy for your own Platform end to end in Europe, managing P&L and ensuring global / regional brand consistency.1. P&L Targets: Sales & volume growth (USG% & UVG%), profitability, market share, funnel value, 5S and communication effectiveness.2. Portfolio Strategy and Innovation/Renovation Management: Delivery of Breakthrough innovation and OTIF Launch of the right products with the right propositions in the right channels at attractive prices to drive growth and market share.3. Communication Strategy and Campaign/Communication Asset Delivery: Ensuring ‘mental and physical availability’ of your platforms’ brands through key campaigns & visibility assetsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:BIG BET:o Project management and deliver OTIF.o Delivering BIG BET’s; brand experience toolkit, including comms, packs, POS, TSS.In home tubso Ensure in home tubs growth top line & bottom line and competitivelyo Fill portfolio gaps with right product design, deciding on price points, actioning NRM, ensuring outstanding pack designs, knowing lines in the factories inside-out and improve constantly the SC costings.o Reducing complexity & harmonize to unlock SC cost savings and easier & efficient 6P management of the platformo Deliver innovation funnel for in home Tubs, that would drive volume on all critical pricepoints and gain market share.o For value for money segment work closely with Heartbrand team ensuring Wall’s Desserts is part of full Season Opening / Extension delivery and Visibility toolkits.Design for Channel -Championo Unlock incremental TO by listing into white space channels (discounters etc.) with custom mixes for desserts business.o SCC to drive volume to factories that would bring cost savings through scale & savings on fixed costs.Performance & Growth Management:o Ensuring CDOR is contributing total IC Category and Refreshment strategy, trade selling stories.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Business & Marketing skills: Commercial acumen, category growth management, portfolio management, communication and innovation effectiveness, brand performance analysis, and net revenue management.Minimum 2 years in marketing (FMCG preferred!)Strong commercial acumen, organizational communication skills, and experience managing complexity.Experience in crafting brands in terms of BCI development and execution is preferredTeamplayer that is strong in stakeholder management internally and externally (countries, agencies etc)Pro active in spotting opportunities and successfully execute themFluent in EnglishMinimum Bachelor's degreeBroad exposure across overall brand marketing.Key skills required: product launch, promotion, pricing, consumer research, communication development, project management, and stakeholder management.
