With a strong design identity and attention to detail, the brand aims to deliver refined experiences across all touchpoints.Job SummaryThe Brand Manager Assistant supports the Founder/CEO in managing the brand’s daily operations, ensuring seamless execution across creative, production, client relations, and marketing functions. This role bridges strategy and execution, playing a vital part in maintaining brand consistency, elevating customer experience, and driving business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily operations across production, creative, sales, and marketing functions.Serve as the main liaison between the CEO, clients, and internal teams to maintain alignment and deliver exceptional brand experiences.Manage client relations, ensuring high satisfaction, smooth communication, and luxury service standards.Translate creative direction and business needs into structured action plans, ensuring timely execution.Oversee product development, production flow, inventory management, and order fulfillment with precision.Support sales activities, manage client orders, and contribute to maintaining a strong digital presence.Monitor social media content, track engagement, and support campaign planning and performance evaluation.Prepare reports, analyze business performance, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and brand quality.Uphold brand integrity, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and identify opportunities for growth and partnerships.Provide executive support to the CEO, managing communication, priorities, and strategic initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, brand management, or luxury fashion operations.Prior experience within luxury fashion, client management, or brand operations.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Exceptional organization and attention to detail.Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.Ability to operate with creative sensitivity while maintaining strategic and operational focus.Knowledge of fashion operations, production cycles, and brand development.Strong project coordination and client relationship management abilities.Good knowledge of Canva, Excel, and Shopify.Fluent in English, French is an added advantage.Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure quality under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.Ability to maintain brand standards and uphold luxury service quality.
