From support of Ronald McDonald House Charities to our equal employment opportunity practices and sustainability initiatives, our values keep us dedicated to using our scale for good: good for our customers, people, industry, and planet.Key tasks of the Job:Lead new product launch as a project leader with cross functional teamsDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL and in-store merchandisingAnalyze market, consumer and sales data for opportune decision makingManage and implement marketing plans within limited time & budgetDevelop category strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goalsWork closely with multiple agencies including creative/ media/ digitalCommunicate with global/ regional teams for regular meeting & plan sharingSupport brand manager for responsible product and platformsSpecifics for the Job:(a) Required knowledge, education, and experience:Bachelor’s degree or aboveAt least 7 years of full-time work experience in marketingExperience in F&B/ FMCG industry and multinational company is preferredExperience working with agencies is a mustStrong ability to develop marketing strategies based on consumer insightExcellence in consumer & sales data analysisHighly capable of timely development and execution of Marketing plansGood understanding of creative and media channelGood communication and interpersonal skillsPositive mindset to new challenges and turbulent environment(b) Skills: MS Office (excel, ppt, word): Excellent(c) English: Excellent
