There is a lot of invaluable experience to be learnt as part of the team, so this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.Day To Day, Your Responsibilities Will IncludeWorking on the ECOM visual merchandising, ensuring newness and bestsellers are well positioned on the websitePlacing re-cut orders for bestsellers and updating the re-cut trackerManaging pre-orders for new drops and re-cuts, working efficiently with all relevant teams to ensure the pre-buy system is updated to reflect outstanding shipments for UK, EU and US sitesCollating ECOM and Retail bestsellers ahead of Range Review meetingsCreating the ECOM Drops PDF and communicating any launch amendments to all relevant departmentsPreparing presentation boards for RRP, ECOM drop launches and Buy sign off meetings ahead of deadlineEnsuring linesheets include the correct prices, sizing and product namesAdding product key features to the linesheets ahead of launchConducting competitor analysis, including pricing analysisProviding a clear understanding of the Self-Portrait customer to input into product decisionsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues across Merchandising, ECOM, Graphics, Logistics, Design and PRYour Skills And Experience Will Include1-2 years experience as a Buying Assistant/Assistant Buyer, ideally within an ECOM fashion brandPassion for product and a desire to learn more about Self-Portrait and our customerGood communication skills and ability to work with different departmentsProficiency in excel and powerpointHighly organised with attention to detailFlexibility and readiness to adapt to changing prioritiesExperience using systems or a clear demonstration of the ability to learn to use necessary systemsVM experience desirable
