Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant with C&M General Cleaning Services, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Assistant will support daily operations, coordinate cleaning schedules, communicate with team members and clients, and oversee the quality of services provided. Additionally, the role involves inventory management, compliance with eco-friendly practices, and assisting in addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate daily operations and cleaning schedulesEffective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and ensure customer satisfactionFamiliarity with inventory management and basic administrative tasksKnowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products and practices is a plusAbility to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area and adapt to a dynamic work environmentPrior experience in a similar role or cleaning services is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education related to cleaning services or management is a plus
